• Total passengers flights and passenger traffic by airports for the year (Excel)
• Total freight traffic by airports by month (pdf)
• Total freight traffic by airports by month (Excel)

The Standard Requirements for granting Air Carrier business permission in Libya.

1. Apply in writing a request to The Director of Air Transport Management.

t

2. Copy (as original) of Memorandum of Company Association certified by tax, with a copy of proof of identity of the founders (ID card or passport).

t

3. Headquarter documents (proof of ownership or tenancy contract certified by tax with sketch showing the location of the site and property facilities.

t

4. Copy (as original) of the Company Primary System

t

5. General Assembly Minutes of Meeting

t

6. The organizational structure of the company functions and duties for all departments and offices, according to the organizational structure.

t

7. Copy (as original) of the Commercial Registration

t

8. Copy (as original) of the Chamber of Commerce.

t

9. Copy of the company registration in tax authority.

t

10. Certificate of tax payment since the founding of the company and direct its activities.

t

11. Career Level of the company according to the criteria laid down for recruitment airline certified by the Ministry of Labor.

t

12. Staff Insurance.

t

13. Provide economic feasibility study for the operation.

2. Copy (as original) of Memorandum of Company Association certified by tax, with a copy of proof of identity of the founders (ID card or passport).

3. Headquarter documents (proof of ownership or tenancy contract certified by tax with sketch showing the location of the site and property facilities.

4. Copy (as original) of the Company Primary System

5. General Assembly Minutes of Meeting

t

6. The organizational structure of the company functions and duties for all departments and offices, according to the organizational structure.

7. Copy (as original) of the Commercial Registration

8. Copy (as original) of the Chamber of Commerce.

13. A list of all existing equipment and contract and proof of ownership and operation guide for each airport

15. The Addresses of the company Sub-offices in the Libyan airports listed with the number of employees.

16. Payment of the prescribed fee 503.00 LD (in the case of renewal paid value 252.00 LD)

The Standard Requirements for granting Air Services Agency business permission in Libya.

1. Apply in writing a request to The Director of Air Transport Management.

2. Copy (as original) of Memorandum of Company Association certified by tax, with a copy of proof of identity of the founders (ID card or passport).

3. Headquarter documents (proof of ownership or tenancy contract certified by tax with sketch showing the location of the site and property facilities.

5. General Assembly Minutes of Meeting

6. Copy (as original) of the Commercial Registration

7. Copy (as original) of the Chamber of Commerce.

10. A copy of contract with the airlines operating in Libya or Agencies (requests within 6 months from the date of adoption of Practice)

11. Payment of the prescribed fee 503.00 LD (in the case of renewal paid value 252.00 LD)
